Patrick "Pat" Palonder started working in the insurance industry for Prudential Life Insurance Company in Warren, Ohio in 1968. He worked for Prudential in various capacities both as an agent and as a manager working in Warren , Youngstown, Zanesville, and Marietta. He founded Pat Joyce Insurance in North Canton in November, 1979, from scratch. "Being an independent agent rather than a captive agent gives you the opportunity to better serve your clients needs since one company cannot be all things to everybody."

Our Agency's motto is to always do for the client what we would do for ourselves in the same situation. Pat has served on many local boards including the North Canton Chamber,
Minerva Bank, and National City Bank.
